Taekwondo improves listening skills, concentration, and grades!

Teaching kids to stay focused is one of our specialties. From the very first class, your child will learn the importance of eye contract, posture, and active listening skills that will benefit them not only in Taekwondo but at home, on the playing field, and of course at school.

The results are incredible! Parents and teachers will often notice the dramatic difference in children who study the martial arts.

Taekwondo is great for physical fitness and keeping the body in shape!

According to the American Heart Association, about one in three American kids and teens are overweight or obese. Many kids spend countless hours in front of the TV and computer screens. As a result, few children get the level of activity they need to stay healthy and in shape.

Taekwondo can provide that much needed physical boost. It improves balance, coordination, and motor skills while also increasing theif flexibility, strength and endurance. It is a really fun way to get into shape, and our enthusiastic instructors make learning both enjoyable and rewarding.

Taekwondo will raise your child's self-esteem and self-confidence to new levels!

Taekwondo will equip your child with the tools and skills necessary to overcome and face any challenges thrown at them. You will be amazed at the difference just a few months of classes will make in the attitude of your child and their new found abilities.

Our teachers use positive recognition and consistently use praise and positive feedback in every class to encourage and motivate students.

Chlidren make goals through our stripe system. They set goals for themselves in order to test and receive belts every two to three months. Testing and tournaments give students the opportunity to perform in front of others, further enhancing their self-confidence and self-esteem.
